The night was cold as Jace walked through the broken and abandoned field of trains. It was depressing to see so many vehicles out of service when he himself needed some form of travel aside from working his way onto one ship crew or another. His walking stick was gripped in his hands the broken down locomotives all around him gave him a bad feeling.
Jace was a student of black magic, and so when he had heard rumors of a ghost train this far up north well, at first he had thought it just a fiend. But curiosity had called him out. What if it wasn't just a fiend? what if this 'murdertrain' was something more important. It had taken him a while to get to this place and so far, and now he felt like a fool. He was int he ass end of the world, what of any importance could be hidden up here?
The night casted shadows in every direction and he was starting to get a creepy vibe. He just kept reminding him that their was nothing here, and thats when he started to hear the roll of wheels on steel, and the distinctive clanking of a train.

The train graveyard held a multitude of trains and each one had its own story of how it had ended up here. The train tracks nearest to you began to rattle and vibrate furiously. This particular track was in use frequently and it was easily deduced by looking at how the tracks compared to those where trains stood still. The tracks continued to rumble shaking the very ground your feet were planted on. In the distance you could see a bright white light which was rapidly approaching you. Common sense dictated that you should move out of the way but you couldn't...
Suddenly you felt a small slender hand rest on your shoulder and pull you backwards off the tracks. The train approaching you sped past you throwing up the dirt from the train tracks. As you turned around to face whoever had just saved you, your eyes met those of a young woman. Her light lilac eyes gazed into yours for a few moments before she removed her hand from your shoulder.

Jace could have shit his pants when he was grabbed and then pulled back. the dust from the dirt and grit of the rails launching up into his fast with the powerful wind of the close train causing him to cough erratically. He almost lost his composure as his eyes slowly opened. He was suddenly very greatful for the arcane poison that ran through his veigns as the glow of his yellow eyes made adjusting to the dark and seeing at night all too easy, even so he didn't think he could trust the image he saw. The woman was pale if she hadn't been so haunting in her image she could almost be considered spectral beautiful.
Her words confused him and after he had just lived though being almost run over. The train wasn't for him? why was one of the trains even functioning? this place seemed more like a graveyard then anywhere else he had ever been on his travels. and suddenly the phrase the night is dark and filled with terrors was very apparent. He wanted to choose his words carefully but instead he blurted them out. "What?! Who are you?"
He had to admit he regretted his choice in lashing out like that, but her lilac eyes were on par with his own for oddness, and he had to admit he hardly wanted to be here, so why was she? was she a vagabond? it was possible for her to be some kind of homless person living in a train, and she had just saved his life, but nothing about this situation seemed correct to him. "Sorry, but you startled me thanks for pulling me back, i didn't think a train would run to this place... so late at night."

From the look of her she couldn't be much older than sixteen but appearances could be decieving. An icy wind blew through the area rustling the leaves on the trees around you. The young girl in black tore her blank gaze from you to look out over the train graveyard.
"This is where they come to die....but there is one who surpasses them all. It will come no matter the traveller but you must continue forward."
She spoke quietly barely moving her lips or even making any attempt to speak up so you could hear her. For a few moments you would both stand in silence, it was as if she was listening for something. Suddenly in the distance you heard the tooting of a train horn, it didn't sound terribly far away...
"This will be your resting place if you do not prevail..."
{Continue talking to the mysterious girl or continue forward further into the train graveyard.}

Jace blinked an odd shiver ran down his spine as he looked at this woman. She was seemingly unnatural and the words she spoke didn't seem to make sense to him, she was too creepy and he was down right curious for the train whistle he had heard in the distance. He stepped back carefully putting distance between him and the girl. His glowing eyes were focused on her as he walked backwards from her. "Well this conversation has been enlightening i can assure you, but if no offense is taken i think I will just be over here... away from you."
He turned and ran towards the whistle of the train. The woman's warnings were in his head, but he had a hard time taking them to heart when she seemed so vacant, and well scary. He wasn't sure what she was, but the idea that he had just spoken to a ghost scared him a little. once he was out of sight he breathed holding his knees which seemed to shake unsteadily. "Can't be... ghosts arn't real Jace... she was probably... just a homeless woman taking shelter among the trains.."
He stood back up and proceeded to where he heard the whistle of the train. He was getting the chills from this place, and it was starting to feel like a true graveyard. He was going to need to be more careful around here if he wanted to walk away from this place.
The young girl stood perfectly still as you walked away from her, she smirked faintly before vanishing into the night. You appeared to be alone but you couldn't help but shake the feeling that someone or something was watching you. The wind rustled the nearby trees while it whistled through the long abandoned trains. Suddenly you heard footsteps behind you but once you turned around there was nothing there.
The further you walked the more uneasy you began to feel and those footsteps seemed to be closing in on you. From behind a tree that was to the right of you a shadowy figure stepped out, it limped and dragged its feet as it began to walk towards you. As it moved closer you could tell that it used to be human...the flesh from it was dangling and you noticed that you could see some of its insides. This creature was not alone however and several more of its friends showed up. Zombies! There was only one way to deal with this as they had surrounded you..
{RP fight the zombies hehe. Jace's eyes allowed him to see the creatures but he didn't believe in them. They looked like they had once been human but now they were dead... they had to be when they lumbered forward and he could see just how exposed their bodies were. Dead things weren't supposed to be lumbering and Jace stumbled for a moment as he took a step back. A cold shiver seemed to overtake his body as he realized that he was surrounded. "Get back! stay away!"
As he crawled backwards he glowed with a faint shimmering green light raising up his hand he said a few words focusing out of panic and casted his spell, the night suddenly becoming a lot warmer and brighter as fire seemed to explode from his hand. Some where in the back of his head he was worried that he was just setting the shambling horde up to be a burning shambling horde but the part of his mind that was in control was telling him to kill them with fire. He aimed his shot at the closest zombie as he got to his feet. He breathed as he felt the energy leave his body. the glow around him fading as the spell exploded against one of the undead. the good thing about the 'zombies' was that they were slow.
"See that's what you get!" He yelled as the rest of the horde seemed to just close in around him. He swallowed back bile and fear, his previous words about the dead staying dead coming back to haunt him. They weren't dead he decided, they were just sick, he could deal with that. Just needed to put them out of their misery.
The arcane glow took up once more as he chanted the same spell ingrained into him by so many uses, and with the snap of his fingers a second fire spell engulfed another one of the approaching army. "Sorry!" He didn't think they would even care, but if they were sick as he believed them to be he needed to say it. Jace was most likely in denial when it came to the true horror of what he was seeing.
The zombies lumbered forward one of them tripping over some piece of metal stumbled and was close enough to grab Jace as it fell taking the mage with it. Jace landed with a hard thud under the zombie the gross feeling of its festering breath upon his face as he did his best to push the creature off of him. It's dead flesh illuminated by the glow of Jace's eyes. He tried to kick up at the creatures stomach but felt his knee make contact with hanging organs pulling the majority out of the creature and onto him with a sickening thud.
Jace held the creatures neck with his hand as he reached for anything that could help him, his hand grasping a piece of metal that without a second thought he shoved into the creatures face. It died giving one last deathly wail, and jace pushed it off knowing that he still had to deal with four more of them. his cloathing was covered in blood and his skin smelled like disease as he got to his feet, the other four having been further off and having trouble making it towards him had gained much ground. Fire magic was no longer a good option lest he wanted to set himself a flame.

She appeared right behind you as soon as your scrap with the zombies had ended. She stood in the same clothes as before but she seemed paler and...almost more distant than your earlier encounter. The young girl now had a long black fur coat wrapped tightly around her small frame, she kept her gaze on you as she took a few steps backwards.
"Perhaps you might stand a chance against the hellish train.....I know I didn't."
The girl then pulled open her coat to reveal her mid section, normally this wouldn't be too bad but you could see her insides. She threw her head back and began to laugh into the night sky, blood appeared to drip from her gaping wound onto her legs and the dirt floor. Although now you looked at her more carefully you seemed to be able to see through her form.

Jace almost let out a scream as he saw the girl appear behind him. He breathed heavily catching his breath his hands on his knees as he looked up at the strange girl. For a moment she was like a shining angle of normality when compared to the zombies. Well untill she reveled herself. as she seemed to be taking off her shirt part of his mind jumped to a nice conclusion that she was showing him something that he would enjoy, however any pretence of that jumped his metaphorical ship as she revealed her stomach. He had two reactions, horror, and that small tingling feeling like he had almost called this moment up on the phone."Son of a... Really demon train's did this?"
Jace was sickened and he took several stepps away from the young woman who he was starting to realize was partly transparent. "No! sorry your not real! i do not believe in ghost stories, and so you all of this a nightmare... A really bad alcoholism endued nightmare from a combination of bad grog and fish!" He was practically yelling in a mix of anger and distaste. His glowing eyes filled now with anger, and fear.

{Turn 1 & Turn 2: The young girl smirked as she disappeared into the air. A bright headlight shone in the distance and it wasn't long before a skull faced firey train of death rode up the tracks. It stopped a few feet from you tooting its haunting horn. The train just stood with only the eerie sound of its engine chugging, you were now face to face with Doomtrain. No Action taken}

Jace was something like a stunned dear standing in the open track when the woman disapeared. he looked around his eyes glowing against the dark of the night though not ready for what he saw. The train on the tracks had come to life, if by that he meant the train was... dead? It looked every bit as rotten as the zombies before it. The light from it's head was blinding and he recoiled for a moment stepping back. He bit his lip looking at this train it's engines ready to roll him over, and he didn't hesitate to attack.
Jace glowed chanting off his spells his focus on his objective which was currently smash the evil train into a million peaces. His body glowed as he channeled arcane energy through him, which was then boosted and doubled in force by his own magically poisoned bloodline. he could feel the toll of the spells as he casted, but also wanted to send this train strait to hell. "Eat this!"
Summoned from the sky and falling fast were two large chunks of space pulled from the magical either, and dropped from the sky onto the creature. The comets, he summoned glowed a light golden hue reflected by the energy that seemed to be pooring out from the outmatched black mage.
