Personality: Amalthea is a rather outspoken young woman, she always says whats on her mind, unless it would offend someone or possibly if it could get her in trouble. She has a good sence of morals and tries to do the right thing at all times. Amalthea likes to be left alone with her thoughts but she prefers to be around people. She is a kind and caring person but tries too hard to help people.

Azure Hope - A regular looking shrine maidens bow, but is far from ordinary, carvings of symbols are all over the bow, designed to combat against demons. Azure Hope has the ability to draw upon magical energies to guide arrows it fires.
Combat Abilities:
Level 1 Slots:
- Rain Of Falling Stars - Amalthea fires an arrow up into the air, the arrow draws upon magical energies, splitting into hundreds of projectiles which glow as though they were falling stars. This ability can only be used at range otherwise it may hit Amalthea, can hit multiple targets. It can only be used once every three posts.
- Spirit Charm Seal - Amalthea attaches one of her spirit charms to a target, the target then becomes slowed or, for weaker opponents and demons, frozen in place for a brief moment. This makes opponents moves 10% easier to dodge, may only be used once every 5 posts and a maximum of 2 times a battle.
Mirror Magic - Amalthea holds the mirror she always carries with her infront of her chest, she then aims the mirror at a target, whatever the mirror reflects, Amalthea can use its magical energies to cast a spell, this spell deals half damage because she isn't able to take enough energy to cast the spell at full strength but it is faster than a normal version of the spell, making it 20% harder to dodge. This can only be used if the target would have a reflection and this ability cannot be used 2 posts in a row.
Golden Flute Illusion - Amalthea plays the golden flute she carries in her bag, while she is playing this flute, people will see the image she is willing them to see, the only sense not affected by this illusion is hearing, because they have to hear the flute in order to see the illusion. While Amalthea is casting the illusion, she is vulnerable to all attacks, she must end the illusion to avoid any attack but the attacks aimed at her are 15% less likely to hit her. This illusion can only be in place for 3 of her posts and she must have 4 posts between the end of one illusion and the beginning of another. She is able to move while playing but she cannot attack.
- Light Sorcery - Active, Offencive/Defencive - Amalthea has attained the ability to control light to a certain degree, with this level she is able to gather light to attack, defend or evade but she can only do it so many times before it stops working. Amalthea is able to use these abilities so long as there is light (in pitch black she cannot use these abilities) However, in dimly lit places, she can gather light into an orb in order to see better (does not count as a Light Sorcery skill).
Light Wall - Activated, Personal, Support - Amalthea creates a wall of pure light just large enough to cover her from an attack, when hit, the light fades. Auto Block, may only be used once a thread and not in the same post as any other Light Sorcery skills.
Light Beam Strike - Activated, Offencive - Amalthea gathers a small orb of light on her fingertip and points it at a target, this orb of light becomes a beam that is so fast it is impossible to dodge. Auto Hit ability that can only be used once a thread, it only deals 0.5 damage and cannot be Auto Dodged or Auto Blocked, cannot be used in the same post as any other Light Sorcery skills.
- Aeon Coverse - Personal, Passive, Supportive - Amalthea has learnt how to converse with the Aeons she has obtained by creating an inner world inside her mind whenever she needs to, because of this, all Aeon attacks do 0.25 more damage and Overdrive attacks can be used double her normally allowed amount before the Aeon disapears.
- Light Veil - Passive, Supportive - Amalthea seems to always be surrounded by a veil of light, this veil offers her protection from damage and negative status effects. Amalthea is immune to Silence, Bio, Slow and Blind.
- Light Prison - Activated, Defencive - Amalthea creates a bubble out of pure light around a target which floats a short way off the ground, while in this bubble, the target cannot attack, however, attacks may still enter the bubble, to get out, the target in the bubble must use a transportation ability (e.g. Teleportation) that allows them to get beyond the limits of the bubbles walls. If a transportation ability is used, the round continues as if Amalthea had not used this ability. If the target inside tries to attack, the attack will simply be neutralised by the bubbles energy. While in this bubble, the target cannot dodge, however they can still block. This ability lasts for 1 round and is extremely hard to dodge. 5% increase to word count to dodge. Must have at least 2 posts between uses.
Level 2 Slots:
Golden Flute Void - Amalthea plays her flute, she never plays a solid tune on the flute though in order to keep it in tune with the ever changing world. Amalthea is teleported to anywhere within a 5 mile radius or a place she knows well enough to picture properly. Amalthea is vulnerable when using this ability because if she stops half way through, there is a massive explosion of energy which hurts her and anyone in a one mile radius. If this ability is used right, she cannot attack for the following post and cannot use this ability for at least 6 posts. (Can be used to teleport groups of people to area's)
- Angels Blade Version 2 - Offencive, Ranged, Magical - Amalthea starts this attack as she does with her usual Angels Blade, however when it starts to spin, it splits into three seperate blades which have the exact same qualities as the original. Because of how they travel, if possible the blades will attack 3 seperate targets. The base increase to dodge one of the swords is 25% and for each additional sword on the same target it is increased by a further 5%, so 2 swords on a single target would be 30% increase and so on. No matter how many swords hit a target, it will still only deal damage as if one had. Both Angels Blade and Angels Blade Version 2 can be used with any weapon, and so long as one of the blades hits a target, the weapon shall return to Amalthea at the start of her next post, otherwise she must retrieve it. This attack cannot be used in consecutive posts.

History: Amalthea was born into a family who owned a temple, and grew up learning about spirits, monsters as well as learning rituals to keep such things away. Amalthea loved living at the temple, it was quiet enough to think and read as well as busy enough to easily make friends with the visitors. Amalthea spent most of her time reading books, alot of them were about heroines defeating evils, and she drempt that she could do the same. From a young age, Amalthea excelled in archery and won multiple tournements.
Amalthea became a shrine maiden when she was 8 and learnt more about spirits, demons, charms and spells. When she grew older he parents sent her to the local garden, Balamb, so that she could get a good education and find out what the outside world was like. Amalthea instantly took to the garden, she would often get lost but she got lost on purpose because she just loved to wander around the garden, talking to people.
Amalthea often went to the training center with her friends in order to improve their skills, but these adventures often ended badly when one of her friends would be taken to the infirmary. She was the top student in her class when it came to practical sessions and was about adverage with written tasks. When she was allowed she took the SeeD exams and managed to pass increadibly easily, now she travels around, getting assignments every now and then but otherwise enjoying life.
RP sample: Amalthea walked down the steps to the garden, she was checking her phone because she was supposed to get a new mission at some point today and had to be free all the time before then. She hated it when they weren't specific about the times she would get her missions, she liked to be able to do things leading up to it, as it was, all she could do was either stay in her room or walk around the garden, she wasn't allowed to leave the groundsso she could go meet her teammates for the mission, if she had any.
"God, I wish they would hurry up and give me the mission, it sucks having to wait for them! I'm not even allowed to leave the gardens grounds or meet up with my friends before the mission..." Amalthea started to pace on the steps. He bad was hanging from her shoulder and her hair flowed out behind her as she paced. He bow was in her left hand and her cell phone was in her right. Amalthea sat on the steps, thinking it better to stay still till she got her mission, all of a sudden, her phone started to ring and the display said 'Cid'. Flipping the phone open Amalthea said in an official sounding voice "Yes sir, what is my mission going to be today sir?!"
Amalthea was silent for a moment, listening to the head teacher's orders, her mouth fell open slightly as she said "I'm going to be working alone on this mission?" This would be her first solo mission and she wanted it to go well. Standing up suddenly she said into the phone again "Understood sir, consider it done!" snapping her phone closed, Amalthea smiled widely and cheered. She ran as fast as she could eager to get to the missions location, wanting more than anything that it would be a success.
