O nce Miumi was completely sure that the other had fallen into the darkness that was slumber, he gently picked the other up and carried him into one of the ruins where Miumi spent most of his time. No his life as he did he would just gently lay the other down on a bed of leaves and quickly disappear. It appeared Miumi needed to go to town knowing he had to be quick because of fiends. As he ran he could hear the voice of Clive still within his head from that moment on he knew that Clive might be bound to him. As he ran through the forest his agility increasing to near inhuman levels. A large bird like fiend had coem down behind Miumi and managed to get close enough to attempt to gouge Miumi's body but it wouldn't get the chance. As he spiraled around delivering a mighty thunder punch which actually caused the bird to crash into the water fall. As Miumi continued using the mometum he had carried a few men were standing guard at the entrance of the village they had barely noticed Miumi as he volted over the fence and landed on the roof of one of the buildings. They turned and watched with an almost fascinated look in their eyes. As they attempted to brandish weapons a few of them were able to climb onto the roof but Miumi had disappeared into the shop where they sold potions grabbing a series of vials. The shop keep looked in horror but Miumi placed money down on the counter and smiled. He paid double what it was worth but he didn't have time to count.
As a man brandishing a sword entered the shop. He saw Miumi putting the potions into a small bag on his side where he also kept his money. As he looked at the man for a moment then his eyes flashed to the money. He knew the boy had paid but part of him still hated the boy for what he was. Miumi pushed off diving between the other's legs with ease as Miumi stood in the middle of the town a few children gathering rocks began to throw them at Miumi. He was getting hit alot, with each one there was a dull thunk or a crack occasionally but Miumi didn't seem to feel it. As one flew towards him his hand shot upwards catching the stone, he sqeezed so hard he could hear different pops, the first his hand the next was the stone within his hand being crushed into a fine powder. As he looked over at the children for the briefest of moments offering a smile before the guard was coming after Miumi. He just kept running he looked like a theif and in a way he always would be one. He stole people's attention. While in return they gave him sorrow, pain and misery but that would change. He would make them one day respect him as he would help save this world. As he ran through the gate he could hear his own breathing the sound of his heart and his thoughts were all focused on a single thing Clive.
His feet felt like they were on fire as he moved, the pain that coursed through his body was nearly inhuman. As he looked over the ledge of one of the edges. For some reason Miumi wanted to feel as if he could fly. As he ran towards the ledge. The sound of his body pushing off the ground was undeniable. A few of the villagers let out shocked gasps. AS Miumi seemed to fly for a few moments. Then his wings had broken, he was like Icaruius his wings had been weighted down so much by the wax it took to create them one day they snapped. But suddenly a new wing was born as he fell, he just smiled. As he spiraled down towards the ground, it was coming in fast suddenly he let out a single word. Water began to spiral around forming an orb of water around Miumi, Dragging him into the sea where he landed without the pain while he quickly broke surface in the ruins. As the path he used to use from the water had caved in. Miumi pulled back his fist and slammed it into the stone, repeatedly until his own knuckles were. He had lost his mind. As he rose quickly through the hole. Shards of stone deeply embedded within his fist. A look of pain adored his face as blood tricked down his arm he just shrugged it off as he looked at the other's unconscious body, this was his fault. It had dawned on Miumi, he had nearly killed the other and now the other's life was within his hands. He wouldn't let someone else slip away.
"I won't let you go Clive, No matter what happens, I will make you hold on."
W hen those words left his lips. He just seemed so fragile as he broke some of the stone as he hovered above the hole he came in from. He focused the energy into his palm till it glowed like molten lava. As he slammed it into the water, it steamed violently and the steam seemed to bother Miumi as his eyes watered and his arm hurt alot. But he endured it with stride. As slowly the water began to boil slightly it was the heat that Miumi needed. As he walked over to Clive just gingerly undoing the other's clothing adverting his eyes as he undid more private regions. As he slowly slid off his own clothing to some degree he left on the tights and he covered his chest with bandages. He grabbed a few vials of the potion and some soap, which was mixed with medicinal herbs. He would have to clean the other. He had the feeling the other wouldn't wake up for a bit. A true warrior might of been out for hours. This boy might be comatose for days Miumi couldn't' say for sure. As Miumi's arm stung he ignored the pain, he suffered alot in his life but he would make sure this other survived. As Miumi slowly lowered the other' body into the water and then he lowered himself in. Ayamu had chains which coiled around the other gently supporting spots of his body that weren't burned. Miumi looked over the damage carefully.
Miumi held a soft cloth within his hand running it through the warm water, a few times undoing the thin bristles of cotton. As he poured some of the potion into the cloth and then mixed with the soap then more potion. It formed a strange goop like soap. As he just swam closer. He began to gingerly rub the other's face cleaning grime out of the cuts and abrasions. As the other's face was soon covered by the goop which had turned a slightly bluish green hue. He looked at Ayamu who reached into his supply bag and pulled out a small pitch and dropped it down to Miumi, who caught it with his free hand and filled it with the warm water and began to gingerly cascade it over the other's face using one of his milky white fingers to keep the other's mouth shut. As he looked at the other's clean face. A gentle blush painted his own features. As he traced the other's chin and cheek gently with his hands, the soft fur and the flesh underneath. It was like another human but he was just fuzzier. As Miumi reached back he began to wash the other's skull completely rubbings some of the soap through the other's ratty hair. As he did his fingers occasionally got caught in the locks. If the other were to wake up now he'd be starring into where cleavage would be. It was hard to believe something so violent could be so gentle.
Soon Miumi began to wash the other's torso. He felt the damage he had done, the burned spots, the rough patches. Guilt radiated within Miumi's body as he just smiled softly he was a monster but he was also an angel. There was but one problem which side would prevail. As he just smiled softly and began to countine to scrub. As he got towards where the belly button was. He just blushed and skipped over the area below and lifted the other's legs from the water and began to scrub up until the upper thigh keeping the other's pelvis region below water. Slowly he turned the other around like a doll and got his back. He noticed some of the glass in the other's tail. He would focus running his hands gingerly along it the small holes. He focused grabbing the vial of potion he would place the bottle on the top of his tail and pull his tail up while he did so the content of the vial flew down the other's tail and would rest on his back. As Miumi finished his job. He looked at Ayamu and just smiled as Miumi scrubbed his own body getting rid of the sand which clung to his body. He seemed so gentle. As he finished he climbed out of the water lacing his legs under a pillar that had fallen. Almost like a gymnast he locked his hands under the other's arm pits and pulled. Ayamu and him worked together to get the other out.
"I wonder if he is afraid of me now that he has seen what I truly am? I wonder if he knows that I will protect him like I did those people."
A s he spoke softly to himself, The boy seemed lost within his thought as he reached down grabbing some banadges and the rest of the potions he soaked hte cloth in the potions so they could keep the healing going. As he coiled it gently around the other's torso most of his legs, part of his arms and his entire tail. So he looked like a mummy but now the problem was him getting cold. As Miumi walked over to his own bag of clothing since he didn't want to go through the other's stuff he found an overly large black shirt. He had bought it on his journeys and slid it over the other's body it was like a dress. He placed the other's other clothing by his bags. As he looked at the other. Miumi yawned and he would lay close to the other and close his eyes. Miumi looked so peaceful as his mind was asleep yet Ayamu was watching the world around the small child. While Miumi focused, the look of exhaustion on his face was hard to deny as slumber claimed him quite quickly. This boy was tired. As he lay there the banadges tightned around his torso and hardened as they drived leaving small curves which were obscured due to the nature of the wrapping.
"Mi'lord why did you put yourself through such pain to save this man.....? "

A troubled sleep found Clive, one filled with strange curiosities and horrible phantoms. Rest eluded him as the ghosts of his mind assaulted him, causing him to whimper and mutter inconsistencies throughout the whole ordeal. In his sleep, Clive found himself wandering a strange desert of grey, like a black and white movie. There was no heat, nor chill, not even any indication of air or atmosphere. Just a blank space with sun baked soil – yet no sun. He wandered this endless plane, walking a straight line to nowhere. No matter how far he traveled, he never went anywhere, and the scenery never changed an endless loop like a song that could only repeat itself. No creatures seemed to live here, any trees, or living things, just waste and baked earth. Occasionally, he’d thought he saw a glimpse of something in the distance and chase after it, calling. The more he ran, the further the image appeared to be till it finally vanished over the horizon and Clive would stop his run in frustration and anger, demanding to know what and where he was.
It seemed like days, weeks perhaps, that he wandered this blank waste land without any purpose of being, trapped in a limbo. He had no recollection of why he was here or how he got here, is memories fragmented and sketchy at best. He felt so alone and unaware in this new world of nothing, that he wished to just lay down and waste away, yet a drive inside refused. So he wanders, endlessly, walking towards a soundless dawn that never changes. And only when he finally accepted that he was to be forever trapped in this infinity loop, did something change. There, on the horizon was the silhouette of a beast, red in color, the only spot of flush in the dull setting. Unsure of its nature, Clive called first to see its reactions. It responded by moving, not away, but closer. Clive took off towards the encroaching scarlet creature, galloping as fast as he legs could carry him till the two meet. They come to a stop, a few feet apart and there before Clive stood a strange red coyote-like creature. The coyote features cartoony and jagged, almost boxy, not natural and spotting unnatural burnt reds and a sly white grin. Puzzled, and slightly confused, all Clive can mutter is a simple ‘Hello?’
The coyote tilts its head. ”Hello Clive.”
Clive yelps, recoiling in surprise, he had not expected that such a creature could speak and with such a singsong voice, like that of an old singing man. Proof that in this strange world, anything seemed possible and inside him, despite the creepiness of the coyote, he was glad there was another creature here that could speak.
Still wary what it wanted, Clive raises a suspicious eye to the talking beast. “What are you… and what do you want? I don’t got a Milk-Bone.”
The coyote rolls its eyes. ”I am what you and the demon created, in your subconscious. I’m a piece of both of you and I’ve come to take you back.”
“Uh huh, I think I’m doing quite fine by myself. I don’t need some… some space coyote helping me.” ”Are you sure? From what I see is just a lost little boy, confused and drifting without purpose.” Clive folds his arms, looking a little annoyed in the face. “Yeah and your point? I don’t need a purpose.” ”Don’t you? Isn’t that why you followed Miumi, knowing full well it could lead to something more then the slight off-chance, and I stress ‘slight’, of some physical relations?” “Oh I see how it is, and no.” He turns his head away, defiantly. “It was nothing like that… well maybe a little.” Indicating a pinch with his fingers. ”Typical.” “Hey, I made you. Don’t get snarky.” ”And I’m here to make sure you don’t loose yourself, now follow me.”
The coyote trots off in what seems like a random direction, towards another endless plane of burnt earth. Clive stumbles to chase after it, calling for the coyote to slow down. It ignores Clive pleas and continues, bounding on endlessly. It is impossible to tell how many days had passed since they began running, as there was no differentiation between night and day, just one long colorless setting, stagnant and stale. Eventually, the coyote stops, turning back towards Clive who staggers up to the creature, panting and tired.
“Why… why so much running?” Clive whines, breathing heavily.
”Clive, tell me, why are you here? “Oh, great, more questions. Just tell me how to get out of here will you.” ”Answer the question.” The coyote requests, firmly but friendly. “I dunno, why am I anywhere. I wander, it’s what I do. I dunno why, it just is.” ”Have you ever thought of trying to make a difference? To see this world a better place?” “Why bother? It never stays that peaceful, a new dictator or diabolical ruler, or otherworldly entity appears and throws it all into chaos again. I’m just here to survive, damn the rest. It’s their fault for trying to get involved, they should be like me and not get involved. Keep em alive longer.” "When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fall one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle." “And… that means what?” The coyote sighs. ”It means get off your lazy ass and help, you have your chance, Miumi needs your help now. She can’t do this alone.” Clive laughs, not just a little, but a full blown tantrum of maniacal laughter. “Oh… I needed that, Miumi doesn’t need me. She doesn’t need any help, hell I should join Sin just to even the odds a fraction.” The coyote raises its frontpaw it its head and slaps it there, frustrated. ”You are so dense sometimes, even inside your own mind you refuse to listen. Ok, listen. You know you must find something and yet you are afraid too look, are you not?” “Well…” He sheepishly says, trying to avoid eye contact with the coyote. He would never admit it openly, but he really was afraid of getting involved, of finding his purpose, then suddenly, something starts gnawing on his leg.”HEY! STOP THAT!” He kicks the coyote away, which had begun chewing at his leg as if it were food. ”Sorry, I am still a coyote. As I was going to say, the fear is excruciating, but therein lies the answer to what you seek. Go with Miumi, see where it can take you. If not for anything but yourself, go." The coyote turns its head away, mutters a word and the a spot on the desert plane blurs and swirls, a portal back to reality. “About time creepy, space coyote!” Clive exclaims as he trots towards the exit, though, before he cross through, he takes one look back at the red little strange coyote. “An’ I’ll think about it.” The coyote smiles with that white toothy grin and nods as Clive steps through the portal and vanishes from this desert of subconscious.
“AHHHH!” Clive screams awake, sometime in the night on an unknown day after the battle. He catches himself, confused but aware he’s back in reality. He looks around, finding Miumi beside him, barely clothed. He feels a little jump in his heart and gulps down a large ball of surprise, he then inspects himself. He’s naked from head to tail, except for the bandages around his body – which are probably in excess. He feels slightly self-conscious. So Miumi saw him naked… wonder if ‘she’ liked what ‘she’ saw, he ponders. Even after that little metaphysical journey, he still thinks pervertedly. With a sigh of relief, he leans back, putting his arms under his head as he stairs up. It ached, but was tolerable, wasn’t as nearly bad as it looked. Clive has always been a survivor, against the odds, he comes out in not too bad of shape. Content now, that he was back in the real world, that he was not dead or what have you, he smiles slightly. It was always a good night to wake up beside a half naked “girl” and nearly naked yourself. “Hah… in your face Space Coyote.”

O nce the other had let out a near inhuman scream, it echoed in both Miumi's ears and mind as suddenly his eyes shot open with a feral look his hands flowing down to the ground tightening into fists. As Miumi quickly got into an almost running position like sprinters did. He looked fierce. As he scanend the area before he realized the other had just awoken from his near catonic state as Miumi began to turn suddenly he heard the sound of ripping. Miumi looked around at the world around him thinking it had been something else but he hadn't even realized it was his tights and the way he was positioned his body was just mere inches from the other's grasp. The cloth had ripped to a degree revealing the milky white curves and succulent untainted flesh. Thouhg Miumi was still awakening from the slumber. His body was very intricate and the tights still hid his true gender as the cut stopped just a few inches short that interesting detail but Miumi was wearing some undewear atleast but they had ridden up and looked almost like a thong as they were so thin and delicate looking. While they were black they did have feminine nature to them. As Miumi looked around for the sound he seemed oblivious that Clive could see the full moon. AS slowly his head turned to face the other not bothering to look down as it was the last thing he expected from fine quality leather.
Clive certainly got an eye full upon his waking; he almost didn’t realize it at first what had happened to Miumi. Too caught up in his own thoughts of the strange dream, that was until he glances once more where Miumi is. His jaw nearly hit the floor upon seeing the delicious sight before him. Between him screaming awake and now, Miumi must have been startled and now is frozen like a deer in the headlights, with ripped clothes revealing enough of a tease to tantalize Clive’s more primal desires – he does his best to try and not get his hand ripped off.
“Uh… Miumi…” He mutters, nearly sputters as he points to the torn leather against Miumi’s rear. “Might – might want to check that.” Without thinking, or perhaps thinking perfectly clear just not for his personal safety, he reached for a loose strand of thread that hanged from the tear in the seam. He reached for it, like how a researcher would reach for a foreign object of unsure properties, which he gingerly lift up for better viewing – his hand just gently brushing against ‘her’ bare skin. “Here…” He shook his head and shifted himself, trying to hide obvious signs of growing excitement building inside him. “Um, Miumi?” He asks, somewhat confused what was going on yet inclining to see where ‘she’ was going with this. “What’s going on?”
When he awoke, he didn’t realize that it has obviously been sometime since the incident at the practice battle. It was dark, the night sky only illuminated by faint firelight and the stars. They were also somewhere else, in a ruin of sorts Clive didn’t recognize. “Where are we… and why am I stripped and a sporting the Boris Karloff look?” Then his eyes scan up and down Miumi. “An’ why are you… you know? Not that I’m complaining… just little confused.”

WORK IN PROGRESS There is fire in my heart. Soon to be on your face
O nce the other had begun to speak. Miumi kept glancing the other's way as he kept looking around for anything that was of danger. As slowly he noticed the other was starring at him somewaht well like a wolf did a piece of meat. When he turned around against the other was pointing at something at first MIumi thought he might of been bleeding somewhere or pointing at his tattoo. His hand just slowly slid over his tattoo there was nothing wrong with it or nothing he could feel. As he traced the design of the tattoo. He felt a slight breeze but thought nothing of it as the ruin they were in was filled with holes as well as the one that Miumi had made to get back here so quickly. The other was reaching for him for some reason and suddenly he felt the other's hands warmth against him it was pulling at something. It could of just been a fuzzy or something clinging to his tights but then he felt it. Fuzzy skin against his bare skin. At first Miumi was slightly wondering but he looked back completely he saw the other's hand against his bare milky skin and it wasn't by accident. Suddenly a vein along Miumi's neck began to surface. It was obviously a sign of either stress or anger neither of which was good. But as the other was playing with the string it pulled the final bit undone. As MIumi felt that he pushed off the ground. His wolven tail coming down to obscure whatever the other might of almost seen. As Miumi landed the other was speaking still. MIumi grabbed his tail and pulled it through his legs covering himself.
As Miumi stood there glarring daggers at the other. It was obvious the affection that the other may of felt or just the desire wasn't being returned. As suddenly Miumi disappeared behind a pillar. The teddy bear got up and walked over to him. As Miumi stood back there. The sound of the bandages MIumi was wearing were coming off. He was a lucavi his wounds healed much quicker then the others mixed with the potions. As Miumi grabbed a long white t-shirt sliding it over his body. Then reaching down the soft milky white skin would slide into the other's view for a few seconds before it was glad in that tight black leather which left so little for the mind to imagine. As slowly Miumi came out wearing nothing but that. A look on his face seemed to say your prayers. Mid walk the other spoke asking what was going on. He obviously was still slightly out for a moment pity worked it's way through Miumi's body and the anger diminished. While Miumi's hand hit one of the walls a loud cracking was heard as the knuckles popped and realigned he kept walking towards the other. As the other said something about some person. A small twitch of a smile puleld at the side of Miumi's face. As slowly he bent down so that the white shirt began to curve slightly but not reveal anything to the other. Miumi knew that the other was a perv and he used it to his advantage.
"You must of really bene out of it... I ran to the village got potions came back. Bathed you and myself treated our wounds and I was dressed until you screamed...""
Clive watched Miumi dart away to hide, and for a brief moment, Clive could not figure ‘her’ out. Here ‘she’ just apparently bathed him while he was unconscious, dressed his wounds, and lay down beside him. But now, ‘she’ runs away in bashful insecurity behind a pillar to fix ‘herself’. Only sign of her presence is her tail occasionally fluttering out from the side of the pillar. Perhaps Clive just came from such a different world that all this bashfulness was just unknown to him. On the streets and around his circles, modesty was an archaic notion, to a certain degree. This whole little game seemed silly, but this is how ‘she’ wanted it to be – even if it was silly to Clive. Upon ‘her’ return in the white shirt, covering ‘her’ and nothing more caused butterflies to erupt in Clive’s stomach. When Miumi punched the wall, with its horrible crackling sound, Clive’s ears fold back against his head quickly as he cringes. That could kill a mood faster than a bullet.
“Yeah… sorry about that.” He states, right hand rubbing his head around his ear. “Had a really weird dream, a talking space coyote tried to eat my leg.”
He takes another look around the place where he awoke then rubs his eyes and yawns, then plops back, reclining back with outstretched arms behind him as he looks back to Miumi.
"So... where are we? And why did you do what ya did? Did I make that much of impression on you or was it more out of pity? Cause if it's pity, just lie to me. Don't need my ego shattered twice." He rubs his head. "An' what the hell was that thing you did before I blacked out, that was some seriously trippy stuff."

O nce the other cringed, Miumi offered a soft smile, if he thought was gross, he should know some of the other things Miumi could do, while the other began to speak, as they were playing with their hair and rubbing behind his ear, Miumi's eyes narrowed ever so slightly as he looked at the other, was he truly that distracting. As he leaned against a pillar behind him and sat down his legs crossing so quickly there was hardly a flash of black leather. As Miumi just stared there and stared at the other like he was crazy when he mentioned a space coyote, but then again what Miumi had just done probally messed with the other's head and slowly Miumi leaned up inspecting the other's head, the other's face just inches from where his chest should of been, as he just gingerly ran his fingers along the head. Feeling for any soft spots where the bones had broken, but he found none. Slowly Miumi sat back and stared at the other for the longest of the time. Before he nodded his head in a sign that he believed the other, though part of him still believed the other had hit his head a little hard in their fight, as Miumi would actually scoot closer to the other, so he could see the other's face clearly. He smiled as he just sat there and stared at the other it was like one of those cheesy movies except there would be no cheesy make out scene.
"I didn't do it out of pity, I did it to save your life, you were determined to keep going and at that point I couldn't gurantee your safety... as to what it was, you've seen my entire life time.... from birth to when you touched me.... feel special your the first who has ever known so much about me,"
W hen those words left his lips. He just smiled and leaned forward pressing a gentle kiss to the one side of the other's furry face before he rose holding up a finger, as suddenly Miumi pushed off the gound with a large ammount of force, his body spiraled in the air, as he flew he landed on a small window, his body disappeared, the sound of crashing could be heard, it was a fang, the sound of a snap and the sound of a thud, Miumi picked up the beast and leapt down the spiral of flours and smiled as he appeared near the other, focusing he would gather some of the branches and a knife, skinning the meat while he looked at the other, soon the smell of cooking meat would fill the air, the other needed to eat if he wnted his fur to regrow.
“Oh don’t give me that!” Clive scolded when Miumi shot him that dazed, confused, slightly nervous look that one gives the insane ramblings of a mad man. Clive doesn’t care what Miumi may be thinking, he knows what he experienced and if a demon can sit there and accuse him of being knocked over the head too hard during a magic fight, then by all damns, he can believe he encountered some sort of space coyote inside his mind, which tried to eat his leg. “I really did see some sort of space coyote; he was red and had a voice like some old-timey country music singer. He was quite wise… and somewhat hungry. Wait, what ya doin?”
By the time his protest was finished, Miumi had already leaned in close to inspect his head, face, and body, feeling him up for broken bones and other wounds which appeared to have healed nicely inspite of the intensity of the ‘friendly’ fight. He felt mildly uncomfortable, slightly confused, and admittedly intrigued by this. He could feel ‘her’ so close to him, practically the tips of his fur dancing to the static generated between them, mixed gingerly with that lovely soft scent. He was intoxicated by it, like some divine wine hidden in mystery. Yet, even at this close proximity, he failed to notice that one thing which would assuredly make him snap. These thoughts depart as Miumi speaks.
“Saved my life? Well, I’ll admit you found my weakness for water, but I still had some spark left! That’s the thing about me, I don’t die easily. It’s obvious right? Why else would I still be here if I did – and I never back down. How can you? Not in this dog-eat-dog world, that’s for sure. Most say it’s endearing… or stupid, but I prefer to block them out.” He smiles with a slight chuckle, reclining back with his hands outstretched behind him for support. His eyes are fixed on Miumi, soft and though he won’t admit it, appear thankful. He really would of expect to have just woken up in the middle of the jungle, a wreck, and lemur having stole his pants and a small shrew chewing on his ear.
He then thinks back on the incident that befell him before he met the space coyote, that strange happening when Miumi touched him and nods. “Well that explains why it felt as queer as a clockwork orange. So all that flashy stuff was your life? Wish it could have slowed down then, was coming at me so fast, not sure what I remember of it. You…” he nods. “Certainly have had a interesting life but why did you share-!”
Clive eyes light upon when Miumi pecked him on the cheek, and immediately he felt his insides turn to sunshine jelly. It is a invigorating warmth that only can be given by the kiss of someone as unique as Miumi, but before Clive could even come off the high of that simple kiss, Miumi was gone. Through a small window ‘she’ leapt, moment later there came the sound of a scuffle, a creature being killed by another. And all too soon, Miumi returned with a smallish beast in ‘her’ grasp. Clive could only stare awestruck at the display.
”My gods, Miumi…” Eyes shifting between ‘her’ and the soon to be meal before him. “That was right fast… have you ever thought of joining in the Festival of the Hunt, in Lindblum? No, bet you haven’t, that’s it. One day, I am soooo signing you up for that.”
SORRY SHORT ONE Please don't say goodbye, open your eyes.
O nce the flames crackled dangerously, Miumi's attention was lost for some reason as he watched faint wisps of smoke and steam flow from the food, Soon it would be done as a thin layer of char formed, Miumi pulled the meat away chewing on it, he tasted it for toxins and poisons, he found none as he smiled softly and placed a few pieces of meet on a stick like skewer and handed it to the other, while Miumi countined to eat for a few brief moments, the other's word about a hunt caught his interest, while Miumi knew what the other had seen it may take him a while to put it together. He figured a good twenty four hours or so and he would be able to pull on some of the memories, know what Miumi thought at times. As he rose he walked over to his bag grabbing a few think blankets, they were hand made by his dead parents, He just placed them on the ground and gathered his little Ayamu and plaed the bear beside him, he would lay on the ground his arms coiled around Clive's stomach as Miumi seemed to have grown attached, they had a bond that was special. In a way it was like a pheromone, Miumi was drawn to the person who understood him. As he smiled he just slowly closed his eyes again, Miumi was obviously exhausted so much energy used. He would close hsi eyes and snuggle his body around Clive's in an adorable fashion.
Clive accepted the meat on a stick with eager hands, his mouth salivating with the prospect of a cooked meal. Clive never really ate too much, being poor and the cities being difficult to acquire a full meal without a sum of gil. This left Clive to scavenge around, steal, and generally survive, but rarely indulge – it is why he always stayed so skinny. A meal like this was a privilege, a forbidden delight that was rare to partake in. He took the crispy, still sizzling charred flesh on a stick in his hand and greedily partook in it. He places the entirety of it in his maw and slides the stick out between his canines before chewing vigorously on the meat. It tasted charred, and could use some salt, but it was delicious none the less. Especially since it has been several days since he last ate. It was consumed as quickly as it was bitten into, swallowed with one giant gulp. Clive slouched, satisfied with the meal.
After this, Miumi’s movements caught Clive’s attention, his eyes following the demon as ‘she’ moved about the camp. Snatching up the blankets and setting them beside Clive before resting upon them with that creepy killer bear beside ‘her’. Suddenly, and honestly quite surprised by the move, Miumi wrapped ‘her’ arms around his stomach. Clive was taken back, surprised and unsure if he should say something, yet, ‘she’ lay so peaceful that disturbing ‘her’ would be criminal. Clive just raises his left arm over her, wary, but slowly lowered it till he clasped the demon in his arms as she was doing with Ayamu. Quiet now, clearly tired, Clive opted to lean back and rest. He placed his other arm under his head, propping it up slightly as a makeshift pillow, eyes gazing from Miumi up to the stars and visible moon.
“Sleep… *yawns*, yes, delicious sleep.” He breathed in deep as he spoke with fluttering eyes. Then, something startles him in the sky causing him to shiver. For a brief moment, it almost appeared that the space coyote’s face shown on the moon and shot Clive a little wink before disappearing. Perturbed, Clive turns his head away from the stars to Miumi beside him and smiles. ”Stupid Space Coyote… Goodnight, Miumi. You rare creature, you.”
