Name:Nightmare Darklight Position: Third Fighting Style: Pain Quote: "...Maybe I'm just a bit crazy..." Style/Character Description: A mysterious fighter whos history is as much a mystery to his friends as his enemies. Nightmare takes claim that he's one of Gaia's only self professed " death knights". He's skilled with a sword, his enchanted blade silversnake hard to avoid and even harder to block as it can slice through even steel. However whats most notable about Darklight is perhaps his almost insane arrogance when entering a fight.
He's manipulative and likes to talk a lot. Mostly to demorolize his opponents. But when that doesn't work he has his most dangerous technique. The armour of malevolence is a plate of armour that gives off a mist with a similar effct to the Malboro's bad breath technique. In all Nightmare is as dangerous and unpredictable as his namesake.
Team Second Conflict
Diana Celes Caelum ---One of the Keyblade wielders, and processor of two keychains. Horizon’s Line, a long slender Keyblade that is used more like a staff than an actual blade. While using Horizon’s Line, she has masterful use of wind magic, using it to fly, create barriers of wind, and hear long distances. Her other Keyblade, True Judgment, drains her of all of her magical powers, replacing them with the great power of the blade itself. True Judgment is heavy, and slows Diana down significantly. It’s abilities require Diana to judge the opponent’s morality, should she see the opponent as guilty, the keyblade grants her a plethora of extremely powerful holy-based attacks.
Fight Background
Whilst investigating the black flames in the centre of Radiant Garden, Diana was taken by suprise from behind. A blunt object knocking her to the ground and something dragging her by the leg. She would awaken in a completely unknown location to her. She was facing the sea, standing on a large beam of metal perhaps 40 feet across. Looking down was not a good idea...as she was hundreds of feet above the sea.
A better look around and she would realise she was standing on a giant cannon of sorts. Behind her a laugh. A blonde haired warrior. Behind him a glowing gateway....like a reflection upon water she saw Radiant Garden beyond that light.....the man shook a finger. And charged...
Diana stood up, rubbing her head. She resettled her glasses on her nose and blinked as she focused on the world around her. Her ears picked up ocean waves before she looked up at the magnificent view. Where am I? she thought, her gold eyes widening. She looked down at the long metal surface that stretched away from her in one direction, as she remembered.
She had been walking through Radiant Gardens. People had been running and screaming. People had been killed... and in the middle of the square had been a circle of black flames. Diana had headed purposefully that way... She reached up and touched her head again. Something hitting her... she had blacked out...
She looked up sharply as her ears picked up a footstep on the metal cannon behind her. But she needn't have heard that for the person laughed. Diana turned around, seeing the blond haired man, and the portal behind him to Radiant Gardens. Diana's eyebrows raised. He was blocking the way back.
There was a flash of light as her keyblade: The Horizon's Line, appeared in her hands. She held it in the middle, like a staff. Her eyes narrowed on the bond man. "Are you one of the ones who killed those people in Radiant Gardens?" Her voice carried across the cannon, clear and formal.
Diana did not like the look of the guy. She gestured with one hand and a small gust of wind darted forward to blast him backwards a few feet.
Why was Nightmare doing this? He wasn't exactly sure; oh yeah, something about a reward, or something. He stopped his charge, several yards away from the girl, he wasn't sure what to do really. Well, that was for just a moment before he got his idea, he would cast two simple spells and bring it to an end. Honestly, the faster he won this, the sooner he could get back to whatever he was doing before this. He wasn't exactly sure what that was, but he'd find something to do, once he got his reward. God, where did the reward bit come from? He wasn't exactly sure, and it would drive him insane later on. But for now, he had a fight to win, and he doubted it would really take all that long at all.
So when she poised her question and sent the wind at him, all he did was place his hands in his pockets. He let the wind collide with his body with nothing but a smirk, his coat flowing behind him as his boots allowed him to skid a few feet back.
"Hm? Oh, yeah, actually, that was all me. I killed the men, raped the women, and ate the children. And in all honesty, I took a few liberties with you while you were unconscious, I really hope you weren't saving yourself for marriage, because that plan's right down the drain." Nightmare grinned, hoping to demoralize her. Of course, he was blowing it all out of his ass. Yet, everything that would bring her to her knees then to her doom. Honestly, he believed this would be so laughably easy that it wouldn't even take him any effort, just two spells and that was it. But, really, he supposed he could just cast those now, now that he assumed she was in shock from what he said. Even if she didn't believe him, the answers would hopefully be enough to stun her for a few seconds for this whole thing to work.
So with a grin, he began.
"Stop." The first spell was cast with Diana as the target. It was a classic stop spell, and unless Diana had any protection from Time Magic, she would find herself frozen. Fortunately, he seriously doubted she did have any protection from Time Magic, so he was certain it would go off without a hitch. Now, that he was certain he had her frozen, he could just use the second spell to get rid of her.
"Come, Doomtrain." The last spell was cast, and right then, a portal in front of the Death Knight opened with the Doomtrain speeding out. Considering they were fighting on a cannon, the train itself would undoubtedly take up a very large portion width wise, if not the whole thing. The plan was simple, now that she was frozen, well, so he assumed she was, run her over with the freaking train. If for some reason, that didn't work, he was certain that it would at least send her flying off the cannon and into the icy waters below to drown. If that didn't work, chances were, she'd have a crap load of illnesses on her in no time.
Nightmare smirked one last time as he eagerly awaited the results of his move.
Diana blinked at Nightmare's words, then scowled. "Tch." Disgusting man, she thought. She would have liked to say something scathing back, since she didn't believe him for one moment, but she wasn't given the chance. The word Stop reached her ears about a half a second before the spell took effect, in which her conscious, faster than the signal to her lips could say, said Oh shi-
-it! To Diana it seemed like the next second out of nowhere there was a huge shape barreling towards her from barely four feet away. Diana didn't have enough time to see what it was, she just did what she always did when something big was going to hit her. An air sphere surrounded her, Diana hanging in the middle. It wasn't a big air sphere, she didn't have time for that, but it surrounded her in a cushion of air so that when the train hit the outside, the whole sphere shot putted backwards, Diana spinning in the middle.
The sphere shot off the edge of the cannon and hung in the air, but Diana dropped it down below the cannon ((how huge is it? how far down would Diana have to go to be underneath it?)). He used a Stop spell, Diana thought. Well...alright then. She formed three air bubbles in her hand and spoke into them one at a time, letting them drift away to hang in the air down here. She kept glancing upwards for sign of pursuit. She didn't intend to wait until the train had completely gone and he realized she was not a pancake on the canon.
Diana changed the air sphere to her air skates, two mini tornados on the bottoms of her feet that allowed her to move faster and more agilely. Leaving the three air bubbles where they were, she looked upwards, readied her keyblade, and shot upwards. When she was in view of Nightmare again, she dodged to one side, making a motion with her hand and sweeping a curtain of air up from behind him, knocking his feet out from under him. She dove towards him, zig zagging so that another Stop spell wouldn't be able to lock on her, and she moved to make a slash at him with her blade.
Hmm, he wasn't exactly sure just how Doomtrain was doing, he was certain he stopped her, so she should be dead. But so far there was no splattering sound, there was an impact, but there was no splattering. Perhaps she had survived or something, he wasn't really sure, perhaps he'd have to look in a bit. But first he'd have to wait for Doomtrain to disappear, otherwise he'd feel its own effects himself. That was the last thing he needed; to be hit with the effects of his own summon, that'd end badly. And it'd probably guarantee her victory, no need to do something so reckless as that, now was there?
Unfortunately, he wouldn't get a chance to find out, as he found himself thrown out from under his feet, landing right on his back with a thud as the girl made one swipe at him. He did however, notice the mini air tornadoes swirling under her feet as she swung, that must have been how she was flying. Good, he at least knew how to clip her, and it seemed that it wouldn't end so quickly after all. Yet even for those attacks, he knew exactly what he could do to counter it, and take another shot at ending this.
Time to use those Phantom Blades of his.
Before the cut could connect, two black onyx blades materialized and clashed against her keyblade in the shape of an X as he grinned a malevolent grin. At that same moment, three more onyx blades surrounded her left leg, the blades just mere centimeters from her leg. One blade hovered in a horizontal position, right behind her calf, while another floated in a diagonal position at the front left of her knee. The third blade floated at the front right of her thigh, he had essentially trapped her entire leg. No matter what she did, it seemed that part of it was going to end up getting hacked off her body. However, Nightmare wouldn't let this completely get away, and just like that, his left arm shot out to grip her wrist. His right hand, pointed a single finger at Diana, as he grinned and muttered the word of the spell, once again.
"Stop." This time it was at point blank range too.
And to follow the spell, the blades began to spin in a circular motion like a buzzsaw, aiming to cut off her left leg. Nightmare relinquished his grip on her wrist. If she lost her leg, she'd be limited to flying, and even then, it'd be like flying without a wing, she wouldn't be able to move correctly.
As soon as his hand closed on her wrist Diana reacted. She had marveled at the ease at which he had stopped her movement, summoning swords out of thin air to trap her, but there was no time to marvel now. She couldn't let him keep her still for even a moment. She exhaled, right in his face, and made a small twitching gesture with her fingers. A gust of wind blasted Nightmare away from her before he could utter a word. Meanwhile Diana created two small tornadoes to pulled the swords away from her leg until she could pull it out without getting slashed.
The gust that hit Nightmare did not stop there. It dropped, wrapped around his legs and flipped him upside down, spinning him around in the air as the gust turned into a twister. Diana shot up above the twister as Nightmare stopped spinning and stabilized in the middle, his arms pressed to his sides, though still upside down.
"Fire," Diana said, aiming her keyblade downwards at the tornado. The winds caught the flame and carried it down, turning the tornado into a fire storm. If the heat alone didn't burn Nightmare on the way down, it certainly would when it actually touched him where the tornado tapered near his head. There was a rustle of wind from behind him, another command, "fire" signaling an additional attack from outside the tornado.
Well well, it looked like he was trapped in a tornado, a fire tornado to be exact, and she was going to kill him here and now. He wouldn't fight, he wouldn't resist, rather, he'd just give a crazy grin, oh he had a surprise for her. She thought she won, she thought all was well, she'd be sorely, sorely mistaken, perhaps she knew nothing about him. Though at least this would give a scope of just how far out of her league she was when it came to fighting him. So, he'd let the attack strike him, he would let it do his damage, he'd give her that brief glint of hope. Then, he'd reappear, crush it, then just destroy her while she began to panic over his immortality. Godhand, it could be such a useful little ability to have.
So he continue to grin, even as the fire enveloped him, and after a little bit, nothing came out of the thing. It would be clear to Diana that Nightmare's entire body had been incinerated, and it'd look like she won. However, looks could be deceiving, as she would soon learn. Another dark laugh seemed to echo, yet no source of it could be found, where was it coming from? Diana would know who it was, yet, she wouldn't be able to find him, because his body did not exist. But, it would soon be back, and the fight would continue, watching it slowly tip towards his advantage. What Diana didn't realize is that the more damage she continued to do, the more disadvantageous it'd become for her to keep fighting.
And now it was time to come back, particles, small, but barely noticable particles of magical residue began to clump together. Within a near instant, a small flash enveloped the area, and faster than the blink of an eye, Nightmare stood once more on the cannon. Not a single scratch was on him, no burns, no cuts, his clothes in perfect condition, not even a slight scratch on his weapons. He was back, at 100%, he was completely ready to go again, and he would be, for eleven more lives.
The Death Knight gave another laugh, gently brushing his fingers againt his coat. "Well... would you like at that. You gave me immunity to not only fire, but wind as well, lovely job there, girl. I really hope you have other avenues of offense besides those two, because really, I'll be blunt. Fire won't do anything, neither will Wind, you won't even be able to move me from this spot, no matter what you throw at me. Go on, try it out, send a giant fire tornado my way, I guarentee I'll just stand here, not even being moved, nor phased."
He shook a finger at her with a dark laugh. "One down, eleven to go." Nightmare referenced the amount of lives Godhand gave him.
Diana couldn't believe it was that easy. The man didn't even try to get out of the fire tornado! But with his disappearance came a disembodied laugh. Diana looked around nervously. And there he was, good as new, and laughing at her. She had given him immunity?! Diana wondered if he was bluffing...but it would be far better to just go with it and adjust her fighting style to it. She swallowed. Eleven lives vs. my one? Even cats had only nine! Diana's eyes flashed. She did not like this guy's fighting style but she would not let that stop her.
Diana was still on her air skates, she'd need to keep moving, as always, to avoid being Stopped again. Diana stored her keyblade in a flash, hmmm a though occurred to her as she did so, but she stored it aside for later, and she started zig zagging spastically down the cannon towards Nightmare....then away from him again, though she kept her eyes on him. A couple times, she flitted out over the water, then back over the cannon. There was a rustling and glooping noise slowly rising in the air, but where it was coming from would not become apparent until a thick blue water spout rose over the edge of the cannon. Diana gestured with her hands and the spout arched over Nightmare. The water it was funneling all the way up from below let loose in a heavy blast of water that continued like a waterfall down on Nightmare's shoulders.
"How long can you hold your breath!" Diana called, dancing around on her skates, her eyes intent on the figure within the waterfall.
He noticed her swallow what he assumed to be a lump in her throat, good, she was starting to get nervous. Once she did, she would make a mistake, and then that'd be it, at this point, that's all he could wait for. Really, she had lasted a bit longer than he was expecting, ah well, it didn't matter, the results would be the same. After all, she had only taken one life thus far, and even then, he could've just taken her down while she was busy casting fire. Really, it was rather funny, he was just toying with her, yet, she seemed to be giving it everything she had. Honestly, this was a joke, and he did contemplating using a certain summon to just bring her down.
So when the water came crashing down upon him, he just smirked from within the water, and before Diana would figure it out, the water stopped. This would be followed by Nightmare simply walking out of the waterfall, soaked, but easily still alive. How had this happened? Simple, he had casted a stop spell, this relieved the pressure, thus he was able to walk out. He gave another laugh as the water returned to normal, moving on without him inside, waving his finger at her once again, ignoring the water that dripped from his body. "You still haven't figured it out... have you? Anything you can do, I can counter with a Stop spell and counterattack. Really, your best bet is to just surrender, I could make it all end without any pain whatsoever." Nightmare shrugged and shook his head for a moment before giving another remark. "Then again, the... pure and holy heroes are always just too stupid to know when to quit, so you'll fight until you die or I am "vanquished"."
Another laugh before one last smartass remark. "I bet though... you can't stop this." And looking out to the sea, wondering at its magnificence, the command was given, and she would be soon outnumbered. "Come, Alexander."
And in response, a blue light shot from the ocean, penetrating through the clouds as it dispersed over the horizon. For a moment, nothing seemed to happen, but that would change, as a large being began to rise out of the ocean, not too far from the cannon. Protruding from its back were to extraordinarily large white wings, much like those of an angel. As it rose, it became clear this thing was easily as tall as the placement of the cannon, the holy summon, Alexander, was here to fight for Nightmare. Water poured over the ledges of the being as it used its two massive arm like appendages to support itself. If Diana had thought things were difficult for her, she would soon find out just how hopeless this was. Perhaps she was good, but in actuality, there was no hope now that she not only had Nightmare to bring down, but Alexander as well.
Its wings spread out for but a moment as they glowed a blue hue before a quick flash of light enveloped the area. From there, thousands of beams of pure power shot out, each one homing for the keyblader at a speed not even the mighty Bahamut could get away from. They would chase her to the ends of the earth if they had to, and the moment they had her trapped, they would detonate in a brilliant explosion that would engulf the sky. After it shot out its power, it folded the wings upon itself, having them act as a shield should a counterattack ensue.
(OOC: Ok, Diana, if you're confused about which Alexander I'm talking about; www.youtube.com/watch?v=tsYpasHUVc8 hopefully this will clarify)
Diana scowled, intending to redirect the flow of water to hit the jerk again, but her immediate plans shattered upon the arrival of...that gigantic summon. The wing span was the size of a city! Diana's eyes widened as power burst from the summon.
Diana's hand plunged into her right sleeve, pulling from it the Buckhurst Seal. She attached it to her keyblade in one motion as the lights honed in on her. You jerk, I'm not going down unless I take another one of your lives with me! There was a crash as the water spout fell apart as Diana's connection to her wind magics disappeared. As the circling lights honed in on Diana like a swarm of bees, she spun in a circle, swinging her keyblade, transformed into a silver runic blade, across the attacking lights, which winked out as the blade touched them.
But Diana wasn't fast enough to intercept all of them. Diana jerked as she was hit, bit by bit by the small burning lights that built up until her body screamed with pain. She slashed True Judgment, the keyblade, around in a frenzy. When the attack was spent she fell forward, but her eyes caught on Nightmare and she stopped herself from falling from her knees onto her face by throwing her hand forward. In the other hand she barely raised True Judgment to point at Nightmare. Her eyes flashed. And the attack which she had absorbed into the blade burst outwards, honing in on Nightmare this time.
Diana half rolled, half fell to the side, scrambling to throw herself off the side of the cannon. Regardless of whether Nightmare died in the attack, if she could be so lucky, she need the time to try and recover. As she fell through the air she folded in half, reaching into her boot. Her body still burned with pain but she ignored the tears streaming from her eyes from the air whipping past her and from the pain, and pulled the Potion from her boot to her lips. The pain faded and died away and Diana slipped the empty Potion bottle back into her boat. The ocean surface was still far away. She pulled the Buckhurst Seal keychain from her keyblade and it transformed back. The power block gone, Diana caught herself on an air disk and looked upwards to see what had happened on the cannon.
This was starting to get just a little bit on his nerves, he wanted her dead, yet she was surviving everything. Well, at least Alexander had hit, so he gave the summon a congratulatory nod as it disappeared in a bright light. But now the attack was homing in on him, well, what was left of it, which didn't seem to be all that much. Most of it had really given Diana a bit of a smackdown, though, considering how things were, she had probably fully healed herself. Well, it was time to prepare for a bit of damage himself, of course, unlike Diana, he had protection. So, if she could survive the majority of Alexander's attack, then he could probably brush off the minority of his. With protection, he'd come out in prime condition, and would probably just only need to heal a bit.
Without a second thought, he summoned the Armor of Malevolence, his clothes being replaced by the dark, clawed, suit of armor. He stood there, letting all that power slam into him, one little piece of it at a time, one by one. With each hit, he was either pushed forward or backward, he had to admit, this hurt like hell. When it was finally finished, he had been pierced several times, blood dripping onto the cannon. He couldn't help but smirk though, thankfully, he had an answer to this little dilemma as well, just like everything else. All he had to do was mutter the word "Cura" and just like that, the woulds would be nicely healed, somewhat. He wouldn't be able to completely heal them, but he would close them to the point where they wouldn't be a large hindrance.
Though what to do now, well, right after asking that, he already came up with an answer on what to do.
Gotta love Hero complexes.
Turning to the very portal he had dragged her through, Nightmare raised an arm and aimed it at that very gateway. With a chuckle, a dark purple mist began to shoot out of his palm, flying right through the portal. If Diana looked, she would begin to see the vision of Radiant Garden slowly blur, covered by the mist. This was simple, Nightmare was pretty confident she was your typical "save everyone" hero. Thus, by putting that entire area in danger, she'd probably be more likely to make a mistake in desperation. Or, even better, completely surrender, due to the hazardous consequences should she ultimately fail. He was surprised he hadn't done this sooner, he really couldn't see a downside to this little act.
Of course, now for an "evil" monologue.
"I'm going to make this very clear; the longer you dilly dally, the more people will end up dying. I'd refrain from long range attacks, as we both know I'll either make myself immune, already be immune, or stop it. You really want this to stop? Well, come and get me, and do note that I have an unlimited amount of this stuff, so I can just do it all day." Nightmare gave his warning.
"Tick tock tick tock..." Nightmare waited and waited, of course, he could tell her the choices, and set the trap for his victory. "You have three options; attack me from afar, and let everyone die. Or attack me up close and hope for the best. Or... you could just fly in there and disperse the mist with some wind, saving everyone in there, unfortunately, that'd pretty much... guarantee my victory over you personally, as I'd have something to use to my advantage. Well... unless you got a few provisions while in there, then it'd be an even fight. The choice is yours."
"Tch, you really must think I'm some kind of an idiot." Diana tossed her keyblade into the air and it was caught on a gust of wind. "Or maybe you should have used your little speech to explain how your purple mist actually works before telling me that I've got such limited choices." The keyblade spun over and over through the air towards him. "Now I suggest you drop that arm before I cut it off!"
The keyblade whirled through the air zooming in on Nightmare's arm. The spinning motion made it as good as a buzz saw. But just in case he tried to block it Diana knew she could manipulate the keyblade from afar to make it knock Nightmare over too.
Really? That was it? That was her plan? She was just going to throw her keyblade at him, she couldn't be serious. She obviously had not been listening to a word he said, or had been paying attention to anything he did. If she had been, she'd know that this wouldn't work, if not completely backfire on her miserably. Really, everything else had, why not this? She really had no idea what in the world she was doing. Oh well, he'd just have to give her another lesson on just how hopeless and futile this fight was for her. Then again, she seemed to be the typical good and righteous hero, so, it probably wouldn't even stick. Oh well, her loss, he wouldn't let it get in the way of his victory, and in fact, he would use it.
So, his answer to her projectile keyblade was just another "Stop" as the blade froze in place, not too far away from its target. Thus his shooting arm was undeterred, and the mist continued to fly into the portal into Radiant Garden. Nightmare gave Diana an expression that would be painfully obvious, just what words he meant to say.
Are you serious? In fact, he decided to even say it as his free arm reached out and grabbed the middle of the keyblade.
"Seriously? You're kidding right? You did not just do that. I'm sitting here, poisoning that entire place, which will cause everyone to DIE, and your answer to save the day, is to throw your ONLY weapon at me?! I can fucking stop TIME ITSELF, you think I'm going to have trouble stopping a weapon?" Nightmare shouted in complete disbelief, he had not been expecting such stupidity from this girl, but here she was, proving him wrong. "You give brunettes a bad name!" Nightmare rolled his eyes, taking a shot at the stereotype that brunettes were supposed to be intelligent. But here she was, completely, and utterly subverting that, he couldn't believe this at all.
It was in fact, so bad, he decided to have pity on her, so flipping his grip, he took his stance, and threw the weapon, much like a javelin, back at her. This was utterly ridiculous, and of course, it was time to berate her for her own stupidity, if she even had the brains to survive.
"If you're going to use a naginata as your weapon of choice, get it right, you stupid ditz! Stab, bash, and use the weight to strengthen the blows! That's right, you are so AWFUL I am actually giving you ADVICE."
And of course, the longer this went on, the more people in Radiant Garden would die. Hell, he didn't even give it around five minutes until he'd have successfully committed complete, total, and utter genocide.
OOC: Last move by Diana voided. Nightmare posted that he threw the keyblade back. On top of that your keyblade does not have the ability to freeze people, that would require magic coming from yourself.
Also considering that the keyblade was thrown " like a javalin" this can be considered ignoring an attack. Waiting for Sirxeko to give judgement
((okay, less epic, but hopefully more acceptable)) Diana scowled as the keyblade came flying back at her. With a squeeze of her hand the blade vanished mid air and reappeared in her hands. "Will you just stop talking!" she rolled her eyes at him and threw her keyblade onto the winds again. The blade spun towards him, once again, a cutting wheel. Diana knew she was setting herself up to get called a ditz again. But if Nightmare didn't know what she was planing, all the better.
"Honestly," she sighed jumping forward, shooting towards him on her air skates, the blade sailing faster than her to reach him. "I'm not going to waste Radiant Garden's time listening to your drivel!"
The spinning blade spun for Nightmare's arm again, as Diana drew nearer.
He did however, raise an eyebrow when he saw her resummon the keyblade to her hand, well that explained some things. At least now he knew she could do that, and he knew that keeping the keyblade away from her would be pointless. Then again, this whole fight was pointless, she had yet to land a finishing blow on him that permanently removed him. Well, she could keep this up as long as she wanted, he would just eventually wipe out that little world of hers. So, if she wanted to be a hero, it was either walk through that portal and give him something to use for his victory, or attack him. Both were bad options, but it came down to whether she was willing to let the population of that world live or die. Perhaps she did have a bit of Anti Hero in her after all, and would be more than willing to let the population die just to attempt a victory.
So when she threw it again, Nightmare knew it would be pointless to just grab it again, as he knew she'd resummon it back. When it came close, he just rolled his eyes and "Stop" was cast once again on the keyblade, freezing it in place, once again. This time though, he didn't catch it, taking his free hand, he shot the thing with some of the mist straight from his palm. Indeed, he could shoot it from both hands, now if she wanted to resummon it, she could, but it'd probably end badly. Nightmare pulled his arm back, still shooting the entire time as it was brought back closer to his body. And just like that, time unfroze and the keyblade went flying past his target before the arm outstretched again. This time, he'd continue to gaze at the portal, however, to Diana, it'd be a little different.
He took his freehand, balled it into a fist, extended the middle finger, and flipped the keyblader off. Now he would just continue to kill everyone in Radiant Garden.
(OOC: Permission granted from Malice to do this... let's play a little game, shall we?)
TURNS UNTIL RADIANT GARDEN IS COMPLETELY WIPED OUT: 5
Well, I'm way late for the party on this one. But Mal has talked to me on this and I've read through the fight a bit and I see what he means. Diana has been powerplaying slightly throughout most of the fight. Also, and this is most apparent with her last two posts, but she has been neglecting to read Nightmare's entire posts, and that'll likely be her demise. So, the ruling Mal and I discussed, Nightmare gets a free hit due to Diana's skimming of his posts (just make sure that the hit isn't too powerful, no instant kills or random raping). And, in response to Diana's previous powerplaying, just be uber careful from here on out, because the next step is disqualification.
On a side note, I do hope Nightmare doesn't plan on relying on Time magic once we get to the Team fight. If so, then he's in for a sure defeat. Bwahahaha!
