Hiring yet another staff member.

Ok everyone it's come to my attention that some admins aren't that active so I am hiring a new admin and re-evaluating those on staff to see if they are active enough to stay admins.

Staff on another site and which one? Oh thats a long list. Lets see I ran my own bleach site, up until it died (i wasn't running it when it died i gave it over to a friend who told me he could run it better... he ran it into the ground.) bleachfw.forumotion.com/ as you can see their isn't much left. Me and a few of the original members have tried to hit the relaunch button but we never seem to get any power for it.

Oh and for a long time, I was an admin on a second bleach site, which i shalt not link here for they do not deserve the traffic. if you must look them up I won't mention their name directly in a post because they google search places like invision or proboards and go to sites that mention them. they are one of the worst communities on the internet and they harass other sites. A lot of chat spammers and trolls.... and im ashamed that i was once part of them.

Why you want to be an admin on JE. well this site has helped me out a lot in the past few weeks, and with the news that im a student again and slowly adjusting myself back into the calm of the situation. I want to be able to give something back. Now ill admit im not the fastest poster, and i do have a lot i need to work with, but I want to help where i can.
