Personality:
In general, Reuna has a fairly subdued personality. Despite being quite intelligent and gifted in magic, she rarely looks like it. Instead, she normally appears as a quiet and passive individual who would follow the flow of any given situation. However, she’s quiet serious in her nature towards things that should be considered such, such as jobs, schooling, and missions. Reuna can also be shy and withdrawn within social situations but will bear with it for the sake of fitting in, for a time.
There are a number of blocks within her memory about traumatic events of her past, leading to the full scale amnesia about herself up until living at garden. Still, occasionally, Reuna will have flashbacks in the form of nightmarish dreams, often times forgetting them soon after awakening. She’s also a bit claustrophobic, resulting in nervousness and agitation when dealing with tight or small enclosed spaces. But because she wasn’t raised around other children her age, the social norms tend to bypass her completely. She isn’t afraid of bugs snakes, or things that might freak out an average girl her age. Instead, she’s afraid of needles and is very sensitive to harsh words and voices.
Reuna doesn’t necessarily enjoy begin touched by people, inappropriately or otherwise, but doesn’t appear to have a sense of shame as to personal space unless it’s uncomfortable. The story can be different however someone is attempting to cause her harm, or when he’s in pain. In which case, she can be very aggressive and brutal, returning to her passive nature only once the source of her aggression has been dealt with.
Training sword – A cheaply made mass produced quality sword. The design is European styled and the blade on either side is rather dull, but sturdy. While a very low quality weapon, it’s better than having nothing and at the end of the day, will still get the job done for mundane purposes. + 10 atk
Concealed sealing device-A device created for sealing magic within an individual. Disguised as a simple decorative hair piece, it looks like a translucent feather. Although Reuna does not know what it is, She has never taken it off and if fearful to have it removed. It’s questionable whether the device actually works or not, as she can still use normal magic
Character Abilities:
Combat training lvl1 (Passive)- Having spent years living at Balamb garden, Reuna has had a decent bent of combat training. While not quite the same as real combat experience, it has honed her senses and reflexes enough so that should the situation call for it, she could keep up and read the pace of combat to a degree. Once for combat interaction, Reuna may dodge an attack that she is aware of.
Spell weave- Reuna can use a magic that she already knows, yet can use them in ways outside of normal magic casting. Rather than simply throwing the spells about, she can weave and craft them into semi tangible objects as her imagination seems fit. Objects would act similar to how they would as real physical objects. However, there’s a catch. When doing so, she can firstly, only base the object around a magic that she already knows. Also, spell weave only works on spells that would normally inflict damage
Tier 1 -When doing so, if the created object has a purpose other than attacking, Reuna's spr*spell lvl decides how durable an object is while the spell lvl decides how long it would last. Objects must be somewhat simple.
Example: Reuna, using thunder as a base, could create a wall of lightning in front of her to ward off an attacker. Thunder, being a lvl 1 spell would only last for 1 turn while if Reuna’s spi was 100, after taking 100 damage, the thunder wall would dissipate. Something physically striking the wall would take damage as if thunder had been cast at them, as the wall would shock and repulse them.
Example 2: Using blizzard as a base, Reuna could form a cage of ice around someone or something either to protect them or bind them temporarily. Blizzard, being a lvl 1 spell would only last for one turn and last for 100 pts of damage. Once that damage had been taken the ice cage would shatter harmlessly.
Plagued with mental blocks and amnesia, Reuna barely remembers anything about her early life. Her earliest memory comes to her in the form of a nightmare. She was trapped in a tube and drowning in a strange liquid. However, despite the discomfort and the smothering sensation, she would not choke and die. There were murmured voices all around her of various men and women, but they never talked to her. Rather, they talked at her, around her, like an object. The nightmare continues in a hazy state of pain as various poking and prodding through the tube would weaken her body. Electrical shocks were administered through wires that were attached to her. The pain was numbing her whole body, but she couldn’t even scream or move. It was too soon for her to take any action. Her body was underdeveloped and constitution weak.
This would continue until at some point, she developed enough to move and voice her concerns and pain through kicking against her container walls. Still fruitless. Eventually, she would awaken in a cold white room with nothing more than a bed with simple sheets on them. This is where time began for her. Reuna is a human artificially created within a high tech laboratory within Midgard. She’s an experiment at creating and raising a sorceress. The process used to do so is highly secretive, but supposedly would have taken a human fetus and have implanted within it, the essence of magic. After many failures at creating a subject that survived incubation periods, Reuna was developed and born, though with a questionable constitution.
For some years she would live within the facility, raised by scientist. She was taught how to read and write, basically, given a modicum education to mold and shape her cognitive responses. Ultimately, the country that created her succeeded in making an artificial human, but her “sorceress” powers never manifested. However, she did have extremely high reserves of magic potential even at her age. An accident at the age of 7 prompted the scientist observing her to equip a magic sealing device to her that would prevent her from using her abilities. However, doing so damaged her psyche and put her into a state of stupor.
It was soon after this where she was being transported from one facility to another where the caravan transporting her was attacked by Seed on an unrelated mission. The scientist fled but left her behind within a containment vessel. Badly scarred and being both unconscious and mute, they couldn’t come to believe that the poor girl was anything other than an abuse victim, perhaps abducted from her parents. Without knowing what to do with her, Reuna was brought back to Balamb garden.
Here, she would slowly develop past her stupor. It took longer still before she learned how to talk again and began to act more so like a normal young girl. In the mean while, she would live and study in Balamb garden as an orphan and potential SeeD candidate. Her progress would go quite well and smoothly, despite her past, but at the age of 15 now, the age to begin adventuring and making her way through the world is here. What manner of adventures will she have?

Flashback___
It hurt. I hurt real bad. But she was used to this by. Some people would scream in agony. No, most would. In fact, she had. Countless times she had screamed, cried, and moaned in pain for such long periods of time that her throat had gone dry and cracked. It never sped up the process though. These men and woman with their white lab coats would simply poke her with needles all day extracting blood from here till she felt sick and anemic only to run her through more tests. Then they’d place her back in that machine. If she resisted, they’d only give her that medicine that left a metallic taste in her mouth.
No, not this time. She was done with it. All of it. They wouldn’t poke holes through her tender flesh or run her through these tests that tried her feeble patience anymore. She didn’t know what she would do, or could do. However, there was a growing anger deep within her. It was primal aggressive and hot, but held great sustenance to it, like some form of divine beast. This anger had been growing for quite some time, but now, she could hold it back no more. Her insides were burning with power. As if the first thing she thought might come to fruition.
Foot prints approached her room with an all too familiar clicking sound. It was the scientist that usually came with the medicine to escort her to one of the machine room. The scientist already in front her prepared to draw some blood just as the one with meds opened the door to her room. As the needles neared her, she slapped it out his hand viciously and began yelling.
“Enough!!! NO MORE NEEDLES!!! NO MORE BLOOD!!!”
“Go ahead and give her the meds then I’ll finish with today’s blood work afterwards”
“STOP!!! HURTING ME!!!”
As the scientist in the room began trying to restrain her and force the medicine onto her, something snapped. No, snapped is much too mild of turn. It was more as though something escaped her in the fiercest of explosions. First, a large pulse of energy filled her body and began spilling out into the room. Then, everywhere she looked erupted into scorching bolts of lighting and elements. The white walls stained and charred black as the lights abruptly cut off. Layers of reinforced concrete peeled away in a mater of seconds. Needless to say, the scientist were seriously injured.
Oh, but it didn’t even mater. For about 2 minutes, she felt so alive with a spark of ecstasy whilst unleashing her primal wraith. The very ground shook from the concentrated magical energy. But it didn’t last. Something as if from out of now struck her with such force that it instantly brought her to her knees. Pain swelled up into her skull and it’s perhaps what stopped her from destroying the complex. A second strike landed with a dull but loud thump. Everything went black. _________
It's late for me, so I'm not too sure on how to word it clearer, so I added examples. I don't know if your thoughts are still the same as mine. However, when/if this levels up, I planned on being able to create more intricate and complex things.
For now though, I might need help with the numbers for things. I would like the duration to be a bit longer, but don't really know what to base numbers on other than spell lvl.
Right, regarding the 2nd CA Spell Weave the basic points of this CA are;
1: You can create a pyhsical object based around a spell instead of casting the spell as normal. 2: Non Attacking spells create a shield that has its own HP value. 3: Shields last only as long as their tier
However I need more clarification regarding the following things.
Status Effects 1: Does using a status effect spell create a shield that grants the target the status effect? 2: Does the status effect end when the shield ends [both turn count wise or damage]? If the shield lasts for a turn, does say haste end when the shield does?
How it works 3: Does the shield basically increase your HP for the turns it is around? or is it a seperate object that can be used to protect anyone in battle? 4: Are you intending for Dispel not to work against these?
Also if you are intending to have a set array of methods IE. shield / cage. You should consider developing further CA's regarding those particular forms later on down the line as one CA that allows all of them is going to be extremely overpowered at this stage.
Finally, the MP cost needs to be higher, consider well maybe 50MP at this point, 75MP would probably give you more leeway on what I can accept in this CA alone.

Addressing the Clarifications first
1. I hadn't actually thought about using status affect spells honestly. I'd rather say they can't be used for this ability, at least not at this time. I'd rather wait till I have something more basic created to build off of since that sounds like it'll get complicated quick. So for now, should I simply change it so that only black magic can be used with the ability?

3. It's a separate object that could be used on others. Someone could either avoid it, or destroy it.
4. I also hadn't thought about them simply being dispelled. I want to say no, because they're not really like status effects. They're more like temporary objects, and can already be destroyed by attacking them or inflicting damage to them
Also, when you say 50-75 mp, do you mean 50-75 + the cost of the spell?
Note: I don't mean to just creates shields, cages, or walls. I thought about other things as well like for instance, a small bridge, a trip wire, or just a chair. Just... things in general. But because I've never tried making an ability like this, in rp no less, I don't really know where to draw a line for a basic ability.
1&2: Change it to Damage inflict Magic only. 3: Okay so if targetting another person, that person could effectively use an evade instead of being trapped in it? 4: Okay. 5: Yeah, 50-75MP plus the spells basic cost. Remember this is a basic ability, its not a refined power, its something thats unpractised, untrained and messy.
3. Yup. That's about how it would work. An object can't stop someone if it's not in the way.
5. Changed to 60 mp and noted. After I get a feel for this CA in rp, I'll see how I want to develop it through upgrades or branching skills. However, I think this will do for now ;D
