The newly appeared region of Ivalice. Its quite unknown as to how this region has gone un-noticed all this time. However those that live, or have lived in Ivalice tell of a legend where the ancient king Raithwall used the power of nethicite to hide the continent after mass conflicts with other realms.

Now reappeared the Ivalice region has been fully conquered by the Arcadian empire. Which seeks to advance itself into the rest of Gaia.
